Thank you, veterans, for your love for your country and your fellow Americans. Today is yours. We’re so proud and so deeply grateful for your sacrifices.
Welcome!
Hi. I'm Wren.
"Rheuma" (ROY-ma) is the German word for rheumatoid arthritis. When I was diagnosed with the disease, I lived in Germany, so that's what I got used to calling it. For me, it fits. This blog is about rheuma and how it affects those of us who live with it every day. I'd like this to be a place where people who have it can talk to and support each other; a place where those who want to learn more can do so; and a place of quiet, warmth and peace, a haven away from the hustle-bustle of the world.
Be kind to yourself. Speak up. Remember you are your own best advocate.

As usual, very well said Wren. Hope you are doing well.
Thank you for honoring our heroes! They so deserve it. They give so much. They truly do. I have two enlisted right now and one at war. One comes home in Dec/Jan whilst the other one leaves. Can’t win for loosing. I keep reminding them that although I truly know how much they love serving our country, they also could choose another career. Need I tell you what worry and stress can do to us..lol. I don’t tell them but yes, I worry about them every single day.
They are the true heroes of our country!
